Ines Ruzicka – Growth Marketing Manager
Ines Ruzicka joins Green Seed Group with a background in digital marketing and agency work, where she has led campaigns across CPG, beauty & wellness, retail, lifestyle, medical, and personal branding. She specializes in working with early-stage and growing brands, with experience spanning paid media, organic social, web, design, and strategy.
Prior to Green Seed, Ines worked at an LA-based agency, where she was involved across the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives – from concept and strategy through execution. She worked closely with clients and internal teams to bring ideas to life, with hands-on experience across both creative and performance-driven work.
Born in Spain and now based in Chicago, after relocating from Los Angeles, Ines has lived and worked in several cities around the world. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active (playing basketball, golf, and volleyball), traveling, and exploring new creative outlets.
