The Execution

Green Seed led an investment round, raising capital and mentoring the founding owners through the US startup phase. Green Seed helped develop the Bounce US market entry plan, completing marketing strategy workshops covering brand positioning and product development. Green Seed helped with recruitment and organization design, coordinating global plans and assisting in critical negotiation contracts, thereafter.

The Result

Second year US retail penetration into over 5,000 stores, nationwide.
